Spaces are first come first serve due to limited spacing.
Spaces will not be held without payment or submission of an application. We will send you an email when we are notified of your completion of the application to submit payment. Payment is due within 24 to 48 hours upon email.

One table and two chairs – if more is needed, please bring your own.
Includes electrical outlet. Please let us know. Bring your own extension cord.
You may arrive as early as 4pm to set up but please be set up before start of event at 6pm.
Break down as early as 10:30pm, we must leave the premises promptly at 12am. Vendors must have their space completely packed and exited from the building by the end of tear down time. Any vendor who goes over the allotted tear time time will be responsible for overtime surcharge fees as imposed by the venue.
Promote Event by sharing on social networks and word of mouth to family and friends.
Refunds: May receive a full refund if cancellation is provided at least one week out. Less than 7 days notice results in no refund, please plan accordingly.
Each vendor assumes responsibility for their own permits via local, state, and federally mandated tax and sales certifications and registrations. It is recommended to carry your copies of said permits, certifications, and registrations as applicable in the case that they are needed.
All vendors are responsible for keeping their space clean and properly disposing of any garbage or debris that may occur.
In the event any issues should arise with any parties, we reserve the right to respectfully remove any vendor or party at our discretion.
Infinite You and Shriners Auditorium will not be held responsible for any damages to merchandise, personal injury, or theft.
Consent to Photograph/Videotape/Interview individuals. Terms and Conditions: I hereby agree and give my permission for Infinite You and/or partners to records, film, photograph, audiotape, or videotape myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish, or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on Infinite You’s website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works. I understand that the Works may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications outside of Infinite You’s control. I agree that I will not hold Infinite You responsible for any harm that may arise from such unauthorized reproduction.

Vendors are responsible for insurance, licensing/permits as required by their craft, and should adhere to sales tax collection as directed by the Texas Comptroller. Vendor shall be solely responsible for all fire, theft, lost or broken items.
The event host, or any of it’s employees, or volunteers, shall not be liable for any damages to vendor property or any person caused by an act, omission or neglect of vendor. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Infinite You, LLC, or any of it’s employees or volunteers from any and all claims.
Vendor should review rules for any updates. These rules are evolving and subject to change as needed.
